The Colt Group has this year attained its highest ever ranking in the annual ‘Sunday Times Grant Thornton Top Track 250’ league table, climbing 15 places from last year's ranking, and confirming its place as one of Britain’s private mid-market companies with the largest sales.
In 2017, Colt Group’s turnover was increased by 15% to £181.4m.
Strong results achieved in the European Climate Control business, three aluminium smelters for the Ventilation in Heavy Industry division, and the UK's largest project to date have all contributed to this success.
The Colt Group also earned rankings in the Sunday Times Grant Thornton Top Track 250 league table in 2017, 2016, 2015, and 2013.
