Colt Hong Kong - Natural glazed ventilators, natural louvred ventilators and universal Louvres

Union Square is one of the most significant new developments taking place in the world today, the result of a collaboration between several major Hong Kong developers.

Union Square comprises new high quality apartments, two luxury hotels, a one million ft² indoor shopping mall, over two million ft² office space, a massive park with multi-sports and entertainment facilities, and ample car parking spaces. A new Cultural Centre is also under construction alongside Union Square, making this an important destination for local and overseas visitors.

The large atria are protected by means of a static smoke extraction system using over 500 Kameleon natural glazed ventilators, EuroSeefire natural louvred ventilators, and over 2,000m² of 2UL/SH Universal Louvre. The ventilators have been assembled locally by the Colt distributor FAS Engineering Limited, and a further installation of 10,000m² of Universal Louvre for the 120 storey high building is currently being undertaken by FAS.
