Laing O'Rourke was the Main Contractor for these recently completed apartment blocks.
They were designed by Engtek Architects, and in the two blocks, Colt provided a large number of pneumatic Seefire ventilators for natural and smoke ventilation, Orion access hatches, and electric Coltlite natural ventilators.
