Colt Holland

This impressive renovated office building and conference centre has been designed by Architect van den Oever, Zaaijer, Roodbeen & Partners of Amsterdam for their client Bouwcombinatie Zuidplein v.o.f. (BAM bouw/HBG Bouw&Vastgoed/ Nelissen van Egteren).

The refurbished centre consists of nine towers and two central areas. Openness and transparency are central to the building's design, and high ceilings, natural wood and glass features combined with an abundance of natural light creates a luxurious setting. Colt supplied extensive Optiglass systems with specially developed sound resistant laminated glass in the foyers.
