Colt provided two separate façades as well as the complete rooflight at this office/retail/hotel complex, which was designed by Atelier Pro Architekten bv of Den Haag, and built by Bouwcombinatie Zuidplein v.o.f. (Ballast Nedam/BAM NBM bouw).

The façades used a combination of the Colt Optiglass structural glazing system to the lower areas, and Colt Clampglass to the upper façades. This gives a clean flush façade using silicone joints but without the need for expensive castings or glass drilling. Colt Firelight glazed smoke ventilators were integrated into a Braat 2000 rooflight.
