Colt Holland

These three new buildings have been developed by Developers Kanters Projectontwikkeling. The buildings were sold in sequence over a year, and having installed the Colt-Caloris water sourced heat pump in the first building, the customer was delighted to repeat the order for the second and the third buildings.

The Colt-Caloris consists of a series of heat pumps and generally a central external heat pump which are all connected together by a neutral water loop. Using water as the heat source eliminates the need for any refrigerant to be piped around the building, and permits installation in buildings of any size or shape since there are no limitations on water pipe length.
