This is a development of three office buildings in Den Bosch, developed by the De Groene Group, and built by Dura Vermeer. In each building Colt installed 12 indoor Caloris water source heat pump systems, as an ideal alternative to conventional air conditioning systems, and one outdoor unit. Fresh air supply with 90% heat reclaim has also been provided.
