SITA Roosendaal
Located near Antwerp in Holland, Colt have recently installed a natural ventilation system to the newly built energy from waste plant at Roosendaal.
A great deal of heat is generated in the boiler house and the flue gas treatment building, between which there is an open connection. It is here that Colt have introduced the continuous natural ventilation system to help alleviate the build up of heat. In view of the substantial desired noise reduction, sound insulation was also provided for all roof and facade grids.

The heat generated in the turbine building is also vented by means of a natural ventilation system; here too noise reduction measures are incorporated to keep the brief.
Grilles mounted over ventilators help protect the security of the building while still offering high levels of ventilation
