Berntsem + Braam is a family business in house construction, modernisation, restoration and maintenance that has been operating for more than 100 years.

It was very important that the new administration building had an energy efficient method of heating and cooling the offices. Colt installed the Caloris system, which allows the surplus heat from the cooling plant to be stored and used later to heat the premises.
