Colt UK

Stuart Turner Ltd is a privately owned company, based in Henley-on-Thames, manufacturing a range of high quality, innovative pumps for domestic water pressure boosting and industrial applications for use in both home and export markets.

Colt was asked to design and install a ventilation system to improve the working conditions in the new factory area. A mechanical ventilation system comprising low speed Whirlwind powered extract

ventilators and attenuated Coltair units designed for localised cooling and heat recovery was installed in June 2005 complete with a control system offering three operating modes including time and temperature control. Positive feedback has been received during the system's first summer of operation.
