Colt strengthens its position in Brazil

Colt has signed a contract for cooperation with Krieger Metalúrgica Indústria e Comércio Ltda. Under the agreement, Krieger will manufacture, distribute and install Colt natural ventilation systems in the seven states of Rio Grande do Norte, Minas Gerais, São Paulo, Paraná, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul. Customers will benefit from the extensive experience in both process and natural ventilation of Krieger’s established sales network.

Having established a manufacturing base, inaugurated in April 2011 by CEO Antoine Ligtvoet, Colt is now turning its attention to strengthening its distribution network. With this new contract Colt is taking a further step in its strategy to develop its business in Brazil and make the most of the opportunities this market offers, as natural ventilation is the traditional solution of choice in this country.
